Lava seems to be on a smartphone-launching spree of late and adding another budget Android smartphone to it’s lineup, the company has launched the Iris 430 for a price of Rs.7,500 in the market.
The Lava Iris 430 comes with an impressive 4.3-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and is powered powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM. On the downside, the Lava Iris 430 runs on the relatively older, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The smartphones gets a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash which offers auto-focus and a front-facing VGA camera to fulfill your video calling needs. The Lava Iris 430 comes with a 1,400mAh battery which according to Lava, can give a talk time of up to 4-5 hours. The smartphone comes with 4GB of on -board storage, which can further be expanded by up to 32GB using a micro-SD card.
The Lava Iris 430 supports dual-SIM card slots and the connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and GPS. The new smartphone surfaces barely a week after Lava launched the Iris 454 and 502 smartphones for Rs.8, 499 in the Indian market.
